She is the Founder and Principal Consultant of EquiRise Consulting Limited and partners with government institutions, development partners, corporate organizations, NGOs, educational institutions, and community-based organizations to design practical, evidence-informed solutions that strengthen leadership, enhance performance, and drive sustainable social impact.

A Procurement and Supply Chain Management Specialist by profession, Mary is a member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (MCIPS) and the Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM). Her work bridges operational excellence with people development, organizational effectiveness, and sustainable growth.
